Protein Power Balls

Ingredients:


1 cup quick or whole oats

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup peanut butter powder (like PB fit)

1/3 cup honey

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1 heaping scoop of your favorite unflavored, vanilla or chocolate protein powder (I use Klean unflavored or Orgain)

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp of water (or until desired consistency)

1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips



Instructions:


-Add oats, peanut butter, peanut butter powder, honey, protein powder, flax, water and vanilla to a food processor or blender.


-Blend until desired consistency.


-Add in mini chocolate chips and pulse processor/blender to mix OR put the mixture in a bowl and use your hands to blend in chocolate chips.


-Roll mixture by hand into 1- 1 1/2 inch balls and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator!


*if you don't have a powerful food processor or blender- You can just process the oats, then add all ingredients to a mixing bowl to combine*
